2026 Team Updates

January 23, 2026

Happy New Year!

As we turn the page to 2026, it’s hard not to reflect on the whirlwind that was 2025.

From markets navigating tariff uncertainty to tech stocks riding the AI wave, and a million other headlines in between, last year reminded us that keeping composure is key.

Internally, we added another advisor to our team, allowing us to bring on additional clients while continuing to provide exceptional service across the board. We also hosted several events this year for causes near and dear to our hearts.

In April, the PJJR group proudly sponsored the PATSA 5K Run on the Panhandle Trail in Collier Township—raising over $10,000 for the PA Tourette Syndrome Alliance! We were elated by the turnout for this event and remain so grateful for the support of our neighbors, colleagues, and the surrounding communities.

When spring rolls around and you feel like you “Can’t Sit Still,” we'd love for you to join us for our 2026 PATSA Walk/Run on May 17th!

In September, we hosted our first "Uplifting Spirits" Women’s Event — a beautiful evening on the Dollar Bank Rooftop.

With a fantastic turnout and such a gorgeous atmosphere, the event was a huge success thanks to the incredible efforts of Paige and Mary. Interested in joining us in 2026? Let us know!

Looking ahead in 2026, we are excited about opportunities in a stabilizing rate environment, continued innovation in financial and tax planning tools, and helping you stay confident in your goals no matter what the headlines bring.

Speaking of exciting developments, we’d like to take a moment to introduce (or reintroduce) some familiar and new faces on our team.

Many of you have had the pleasure of communicating with Mary over the past year, but for those who haven’t, here’s a little more about her…

Mary Meiman – Client Assistant

Mary joined The Patty John and Jamie Roach group in November 2024 with a passion for building relationships and providing outstanding service to clients. She, along with the rest of our team, loves our South Hills office events that bring us all together, and she executed a fun and flavorful Soup Day with participation from all of our South Hills colleagues this fall! It was a huge hit! Mary also passed the SIE and Series 7 exams and is now studying for the Series 66 exam to complete her licensure.

In 2025, Mary became a registered yoga instructor (RYT 200) and enjoys the community she found at the studio. Though it’s a power/hot yoga studio, she much prefers the cooler, more restorative classes. Mary is active in a monthly book club moderated by her high school AP English teacher, and, this past September, she led the discussion on The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue. Next time you talk to her, ask her what they’re reading that month! She is a season ticket holder for the Broadway show series in Pittsburgh and has enjoyed sharing shows with her family and friends, especially SIX.

Fewer of you have had the chance to meet Paige, as she had a busy 2025 studying for her licensing exams and completing Baird’s Financial Advisor Training Program. Here is a little intro to our newest Advisor…

Paige Myers – Financial Advisor

Paige joined us in April of 2025 in a bit of a pivot from her previous career as a commercial real estate advisor.

After months of studying, test-taking, and training, we are excited to share that Paige graduated from Baird's Financial Advisor Training Program in December and is now up and running in full Financial Advisor capacity!

Outside of work, Paige is a self-proclaimed crazy dog lady and loves spending time with her dogs, Bear and Ripple, and her boyfriend Matt. She also enjoys being humbled on the golf course, trying new restaurants, outdoor activities, listening to music and podcasts, and watching documentaries.

Paige is eager to get to know more of our clients and to serve as the 'next generation' of our team. If you have friends, adult children, or other loved ones who would benefit from our services; Paige would be eager to meet and grow with them in the years to come!

And last but certainly not least – updates from Patty and Jamie…

Jamie and her family had quite a year! Her youngest daughter kicked off her first year of high school, while her son graduated and headed to RMU to study financial planning. Her oldest daughter has been busy too—she officially became a certified EMT and began the Surgical Tech program at Carlow University.

Outside of family milestones, Jamie celebrated a major accomplishment of her own: ringing in 2025 with her 10‑year anniversary as an Advisor—trophy included. Community involvement continues to be a meaningful part of her life, especially when shared with her mom.

One highlight was joining Patty and Stephanie (Jamie’s sister and Patty’s daughter) on Mt. Washington to watch the city light up teal for Tourette Syndrome awareness. Jamie also loved supporting Collier Township Community Day—where her nephew, Patty’s grandson, proudly represented the family.

Spring and summer began with a beautiful butterfly release and a new project: building a garden with her husband. The season also included a memorable family trip to the Florida Keys. Jamie tried her best to convince everyone not to make friends with the iguanas…but as the photos show, she didn’t stand a chance. Back home in the garden, Jamie transformed the space into something she was truly proud of. By the end of the season, she had more veggies and spaghetti squash than she knew what to do with!

Patty enjoyed a wonderfully calm year—thankfully!

She expanded her travel adventures in 2025, exploring Malta, Gozo, Cyprus, and Istanbul. Traveling with cousins and friends, she immersed herself in history by visiting prehistoric ruins, ancient cities, and UNESCO World Heritage sites. She hiked, savored local cuisine, swam in the Mediterranean, and even experienced a traditional Turkish Hamam. Curious about what that is? Just ask—she’ll happily share the details!

Patty is thrilled about the team’s growth and looks forward to contributing to all the incredible things these amazing women will achieve!

Our whole team is so grateful for the relationships we have been blessed to build with our amazing clients. Thank you for trusting us to help you with some of your biggest life decisions. We can't wait to hear the stories and adventures your lives will bring about in the coming year!

All our best,

Patty, Jamie, Paige and Mary
